Topsure Translation is a registered interpretation company based in Nanshan, Shenzhen. We assign one interpreter to stay with you for the entire trip: airport pickup, factory audits, supplier negotiation, the Canton Fair, or a hospital appointment. Contracts are signed in the company's name, VAT invoices are available, and day rates are published on this page.
Four services built for companies and visitors who land in Shenzhen for a few days and need everything to work — with one interpreter who stays with you the whole time.
Factory audits, production line walkthroughs, quality checks, and price / MOQ / lead-time negotiation. Interpreters assigned by sector, not generalists.
Full-day accompaniment: airport or border pickup, hotel check-in, Canton Fair halls, showroom visits, dinner negotiations. Private car available on request.
Huaqiangbei electronics markets, Foshan furniture markets, Guangzhou wholesale markets — we interpret while you buy, and coordinate samples, payment and shipping.
Hospital registration, seeing the doctor, understanding the diagnosis, paying and collecting medicine. Handled by an interpreter trained in medical terminology.
Also available: simultaneous and consecutive interpreting for conferences, full interpretation equipment (booths, transmitters, receivers), and our own AI real-time Chinese-English subtitle system with your terminology pre-loaded.
We provide professional interpreting in 19 languages — one contract, one coordinator, whether your interpreter sits in our Shenzhen office or joins us for your assignment.
Every language above can be paired into Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) or into English. For less common pairs, please book at least 5 working days in advance and we will confirm availability in writing.
We are a registered interpretation company in Nanshan, Shenzhen, built for international professionals who need more than "someone who speaks English." We provide on-site interpreting, business escorting and liaison support across Shenzhen and the Greater Bay Area — from Nanshan boardrooms to Dongguan production lines, from Canton Fair halls to government meetings in Futian.
Our interpreters are not only fluent in their languages; they understand manufacturing, supply chains, legal compliance and local business etiquette. Every assignment is contracted in the company's name, invoiced properly, and covered by a standby interpreter.
Flight delayed? Meeting rescheduled? With interpreters in-house, we answer within the hour and can often dispatch the same day.
Electronics, automotive, medical devices, plastics, logistics, IP law — no generic "generalist" guessing.
NDAs on request. Your pricing, supplier contacts and product specs stay safe.

Real projects delivered for international clients across Shenzhen and the Greater Bay Area.
Three days, five factories across Shenzhen and Dongguan, and not one misunderstanding. The interpreter knew the manufacturing vocabulary cold, kept the negotiation moving, and the car was sorted before I thought to ask. The price was agreed in writing before I flew, and the invoice arrived right after. I have already booked them for next spring.
We came for furniture and left with a supply chain. From the Foshan markets to payment and shipping coordination, everything was handled in a language we could actually follow. They even caught a spec mismatch on the showroom floor that would have cost us a container.
A hundred-plus attendees, bilingual, zero hiccups. The AI subtitles carried the technical sessions, and the equipment team had backups for their backups. Our repeat booking was decided before the event even ended.

We recommend 2 to 3 days' notice so we can match an interpreter to your industry and brief them properly. Same-day and next-day requests are accepted when an interpreter is free — message us on WhatsApp with your city, times and industry and we will tell you straight away.
We assign interpreters by sector rather than sending whoever is free: electronics and semiconductors, machinery and automation, medical devices, furniture and building materials, legal and IP, and government or association events. Technical terms and your glossary are shared with the interpreter in advance.
Yes, we sign non-disclosure agreements on request. Internally we control document access by permission, keep translation files and recordings under named custodians, and can run our AI subtitle system locally so no audio leaves your premises.
Yes on both. We are Shenzhen Topsure Translation Co., Ltd., a registered company in Nanshan, Shenzhen. We sign a written service agreement, accept payment to a corporate bank account, and can issue a Chinese VAT invoice (fapiao) or an official receipt.
We meet you at the hospital, handle registration and queue navigation, interpret during the consultation so you understand the diagnosis and options, then help with payment, pharmacy and follow-up booking. A visit of up to three hours is ¥1,100; a full day is ¥1,900.
Every booking has a standby interpreter identified in advance. If your assigned interpreter is unavailable on the day, we send the standby and notify you immediately. Because we contract as a company rather than as individuals, the booking holds.
